In a course in engineering methodology, I and a group of two other students got the task of solving the problem of electrical plugs taking up the spaces next to one another in branch outlets. The solution we came up with was a cubical modular system where the outlets are located on all sides. This would also allow the user to build the branch cord to have as many outlets as they need and the modules could be easily moved around. The outlets are also designed to be rotated if nessesary, therefore the name "Revolution Cube".
